Multi House Container System
Flexible living space for temporary or permanent use. Modules have 20’ dimensions (ext dimensions: 6.05 x 2.43 x 2.79h m); they are joinable without limit to create bigger areas.
Stackable in buildings of up to 3 floors. Modules are delivered in kit form, to be assembled at final site. Typically 4 modules in collapsed form are packed together as a ”bundle” with ISO 20’ size, so that 4 modules can be delivered at the cost of a single 20’ container, with significant saving on transportation expenses. We take care of the delivery to the required destination port!

Once erected, the Multi House becomes a module which can be used as office, accommodation, disaster relief, ablution, kitchen & mess hall and basically any use where a living space is needed.
Being a modular container, it can be joined to create larger spaces and can be stacked 3-high. Offered layouts for a standard 20 foot unit range from single or double room to ablution and sanitary containers.

“Multi House Living” package is available for both “Classic” and “Essential “ models , keeping all their advantages and benefits. That is why we have developed layouts, external claddings, over roofing, porches, balconies and other features that make the “Multi House Container” look more like a house than a box, thus expanding its use and making it suitable for placement not only in industrial areas but also in commercial and residential ones.

Speedy Kit
Speedy kit is a safe and easy-to-fit way to convert an ISO maritime container into an accommodation unit, without skilled personnel. In fact our standard design doesn’t require any cut out in the container. It is delivered in kits (packed inside a container) which have to be installed on site. The standard speedy kit includes: sandwich panels to insulate walls and ceiling; 2 sandwich panels with 1 door and 1 window for the front wall (mounted right behind the container’s double door); all fitting parts to fix sandwich panels, all finishing trims (steel sheet and Alu made). Also available: PVC flooring and electrical package.
